Barley

GenoBaits® Barley 40K Panel
This panel is based on the screening of SNPs from resequencing data (10×) of barley materials collected from 155 different ecological regions worldwide. It includes 200 drought resistance-related and grain-related functional markers, culminating in a total of 40,000 SNP markers designed for comprehensive analysis.
