    Share your project details (species, sample number, panel density). We will provide pricing and turnaround time.

    Sample Submission

    Prepare and ship your samples according to our guidelines. We accept a wide range of plant and animal materials, including DNA, leaves, seeds, hair follicles, and other tissues.

    Sample Reception & QC

    Upon receipt, samples are inspected for quality. Testing proceeds only after they pass quality control.

    Report & Data Download

    After testing is complete, log in to our Customer Portal to download the full genotyping report, data files, and raw data.

    Once your project is confirmed, we will create a personalized account for you on our secure Customer Portal.

    • Track Your Project
      Monitor project progress and access project information from sample submission through data delivery.
    • Download Reports & Data
      Once sequencing and automated data analysis are completed, your reports and data files will be available in the Data Download section of your Customer Portal.
    • Analyze Your Data
      Use our free built-in bioinformatics tools to perform genetic and genotype data analysis based on your project requirements.
