GenoBaits® Citrus 40K Panel
The 40K Citrus GBTS Panel was developed based on high-depth resequencing data from 326 diverse citrus accessions. After rigorous screening, 40,683 Core SNP markers were selected. These markers exhibit excellent polymorphism and are evenly distributed across all chromosomes of the citrus genome.
This well-designed panel delivers high genotyping accuracy, broad genome coverage, and strong discriminatory power, making it an ideal tool for germplasm evaluation, genetic diversity analysis, marker-assisted selection (MAS), and genomic breeding in citrus.
