  • 1. Target SNP Selection & Evaluation

    If you wish to customize your own marker panel or add specific loci to our pre-designed panels, please prepare a list file containing the required marker information and send it to the Project Manager or cs@molbreeding.com. Our R&D team will promptly review your Markers list and initiate the development process.

  • 2. Probe/Primer Synthesis & Kit Formulation

    Once your project is confirmed, we will create a personalized account for you on our secure Customer Portal. Our portal offers comprehensive information management from sample to data analysis, allowing you to track your project’s progress anytime and download your reports. Additionally, it provides ready-to-use genotype data management and genetic analysis services. In just minutes, you can analyze data according to your personalized requirements and obtain results from vast datasets.

  • 3. Pilot Validation

    If you wish to customize your own marker panel or add specific loci to our pre-designed panels, please prepare a list file containing the required marker information and send it to the Project Manager or cs@molbreeding.com.   • 4. Flexible Deployment

    We accept a variety of animal and plant samples, including DNA, plant leaves, seeds, hair follicles and other tissues. To ensure high-quality genotyping results, please follow our Sample Preparation and Submission Guide, which outlines the proper procedures for sample collection and shipping. Proper handling will maintain sample integrity and reduce turnaround time.

    When sending your shipment:

    Clearly mark the package with your contact details and our company’s information.

    After sending your samples, send your sample list to the Project Manager.

    If you need sampling supplies or additional information, please contact the Project Manager or cs@molbreeding.com.

  • 5. Sample reception

    Upon arrival at the MolBreeding laboratory, your samples will be meticulously received and checked by our laboratory team. Each sample will be verified for quantity, quality, and completeness, and then entered into our inventory management system with a unique sample ID. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your samples have arrived safely and are ready for processing.

  • 6. Testing processed

    Our testing services include:

    • DNA Extraction
    • Library Construction & Sequence Capture
    • Quality Control (QC)
    • High-Throughput Sequencing

    Our laboratory is equipped with a complete set of automated systems for DNA extraction to library construction, along with a robust quality control system. This ensures every step of the process is conducted with precision and reliability.
