    2. Hotel Booking Assistance

    • We have secured discounted group rates at the official venue hotel — Hebei Grand Hotel·Anyue.
    • We can assist with hotel reservations at the preferential rate upon your request.
    • Hotel accommodation fees are not included in the registration fee.Payment will be made directly to the hotel upon arrival/check-in.
    • Hotel booking is subject to room availability. We will confirm availability after receiving your request.

    2. Cancel policy

    Non-Refundable Payment: Fees paid during pre-registration are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    3. Payment policy

    If the registration fee is not paid within the designated registration period, the registration information will be deleted when the period switches to the next phase. Please ensure that your payment is completed within the deadline.

    4. Payment Method

    To maintain maximum security and compliance, the symposium utilizes an Invoice-First Wire Transfer policy:

    • Receive Invoice: Upon receiving your registration, our organizing committee will generate and email an official Invoice with detailed corporate bank wire instructions to your provided email address.
    • Bank Transfer: Please complete the bank transfer within the timeframe specified on the invoice to guarantee your early-bird or standard rate.
