    GenoPlexs® Tomato Multi-Resistance Detection Panel

    This panel is specifically designed for the identification of functional genes in tomatoes, focusing on key genes related to disease resistance, stress tolerance, quality, and yield. This panel includes 337 resistance triats associated markers, covering 36 resistance genes associated with 16 tomato diseases. It can be used independently for breeding or in conjunction with background markers, offering high cost-effectiveness and broader applications.

    GenoPlexs® Express Tomato 1K Panel

    The GenoPlex® Express Tomato 1K Panel includes 137 trait associated markers related to disease resistance (such as Late Blight, TYLCV, TOTMV, TOBRFV, TOMV, and others) as well as 889 background markers. With a single test, this panel allows you to assess key traits of tomatoes and verify varietal authenticity.

    The GenoBaits® Tomato 5K Panel features 70 functional markers and 5,086 background markers, including 16 trait associated markers, such as disease resistance, fruit quality, and taste. This panel provides high throughput, low cost, and exceptional data accuracy and reproducibility, making it ideal for germplasm characterization, molecular marker-assisted breeding.

    GenoBaits® Tomato 10K Panel

    The High-Density panel is developed based on 335 varieties and over 1,000 samples, including 159 trait associated markers. Among these, 116 are resistance locus markers, making this chip widely applicable for scientific research and breeding purposes. It assists tomato breeders in conducting their work more efficiently.
