Join us at the 68th Annual Maize Genetics Meeting
Date: Feb 26 - Mar 01 2026
Where: Cologne, Germany
As a major international meeting for maize research, the Maize Genetics Meeting brings together researchers, breeders, and industry professionals to exchange recent advances in maize genetics, genomics, and biotechnology. MolBreeding’s participation in the meeting reflects its engagement with the maize research and breeding community and its focus on providing reliable, data-driven genotyping solutions.
At this year’s conference, MolBreeding will showcase its proprietary Genotyping by Targeted Sequencing (GBTS) technology. Developed to address the genetic complexity of the maize genome, the GBTS platform enables efficient and reliable genotyping across diverse breeding applications, including:
- Customizable SNP Panels: Flexible marker densities, from low- to high-density panels (e.g. 1K–40K+ SNPs), suitable for germplasm evaluation, QTL mapping, and genomic selection (GS).
- Scalable and Cost-Effective Screening: Optimized workflows supporting large sample volumes while maintaining data consistency and turnaround efficiency.
- Molecular Identity and Purity Testing: Marker-based approaches for germplasm identification and seed purity assessment.
We invite all attendees to visit the MolBreeding exhibit to explore our latest GBTS panel and technology, automated genotyping workflows, and discuss how our tailored genotyping services can accelerate your research programs.
